What if I don't RSVP in Time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Are Kids welcome?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

What Time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony: you can arrive as early as you would like. This will allow time for you to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to join us for cocktail hour at the reception location.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

What Should I wear?

Welcome to fall in the mountains! Weather can be unpredictable so we would suggest guests bring a light jacket as the ceremony will take place outside before moving to the indoor reception hall. Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Although we would love to see our family and friends looking their best to enjoy our celebration with us.

Will Transportation be provided?

Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the ceremony location and making the short drive to the reception hall afterwards. We will be arranging transportation for all guests back to Hinton from the reception. This transportation will be available all night so guests can depart whenever they wish. We strongly ask that if you do not wish to use the provided transportation to refrain from drinking or secure a designated driver for yourself to arrive home safely.

Will there be a bar?

There will be a cash bar for the duration of the reception.

What Accommodations are available?

There are many amazing hotels and Air B& Bs in the Hinton area, if you are looking for suggestions on places to book, please reach out! We will also be reserving the Brule Community Campground. If you wish to camp, please reach out to us to reserve your spot. Please keep in mind the hall and campground are within the hamlet of Brule; we ask you are respectful and keep noise to a minimum late at night.
